Garic, Inc., based in New York City, was co-founded by Norman Gaffney and Tracy Ricard who together bring over 35 years of experience in the technology acquisitions and leasing industries to their customer base.

Norman Gaffney brings 25 years of technology experience to Garic. His previous experience was 20 years with IBM where he served in various management roles in sales, finance and marketing. He also held after IBM an executive sales position with one of the top resellers in New York City, and was responsible for the sales and marketing for this leading reseller.

Tracy Ricard’s resume includes various management positions within the financial and technology community both in the New York City area and the San Francisco Bay area. His expertise in the Unix platform enabled a top New York City reseller to attain leading sales position within the NYC area. His expertise also includes leasing and financial alternatives to emerging venture capital backed companies.
